All orders ship within 48 BUSINESS HOURS from date of purchase. Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays (EX: Thanksgiving, Christmas) are non-business days.
All U.S. orders ship Media Mail with delivery tracking. Outside the U.S., you will need to purchase optional registered mail service to protect from loss/theft while in transit. For this service you will need to send us a request directly. Without the additional service your order at your own risk.

Returns will be accepted for defective (unplayable) merchandise only. A jewel case that gets cracked in transit does not qualify as a defect.
